First Over medium-high heat bring the milk to boil. Stir frequently to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the pan. When the milk inflates turn off the heat immediately
Add the lemon juice and stir to mix it with the milk. You’ll notice that the milk will begin to curdle and whey will separate.
Pour the Chena and the whey through a muslin cloth placed on a sieve. This will help strain the chena and separate the whey.
Now will make a paste, in a jar add Black mustard, Yellow mustard, Poppy seeds, Green Chilli and Coconut add water according to the thickness you want to make a smooth paste and keep it aside
Now take a one steel lunch box add a little oil on the box surface then pour the Chana on it and add the paste that we make add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder Sarfa mustard oil, chilli, and salt as per your taste give a good mix
Now boil a water place the lunch box on it and steam cook for at least 30 to 35 minutes
