Summer Special Tok Aam Dal

Ingredients

  • 100g Mosur dal
  • 100g Unripe Mango (kaccha Aam)
  • 15g SARFA Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 pc Dried Red Chilli
  • 2 pcs Green Chillies
  • 12g Salt
  • 38g Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 650g Water

Instructions

  • Wash Mosur dal and cook with water, turmeric, green chilli, salt, and SARFA Mustard Oil until tender.
  • Temper mustard seeds and dried red chilli in SARFA Mustard Oil.
  • Fry mango wedges with salt and turmeric until soft.
  • Mix boiled dal with mangoes, add sugar, and simmer.
  • Serve hot with Alu Seddho, made with mashed potatoes, onion, green chilli, and SARFA Mustard Oil. 
  • Enjoy with crispy bori bhaja!
