Ingredients
- 1 kg Bhetki fillet
- 10g salt
- Banana leaves (kolapata)
- 100g mustard seeds
- 15g green chillies
- 30g salt
- 3g turmeric
- SARFA Mustard Oil
Instructions
- Make a mustard paste by grinding mustard seeds, green chillies, salt, and turmeric with water.
- Prepare banana leaf sheets by toasting them lightly over a flame.
- Place a fillet on each leaf, coat with mustard paste, add a slit green chili, and a drizzle of SARFA Mustard Oil.
- Wrap securely in banana leaf, tie with cotton string, and pan-fry for 5-6 minutes on each side.
